Birthday Number 2 !

A lovely lady who reads our blog asked if we could do a blog on 2nd birthday present ideas as she is struggling with what to get her son.

So as i am having the same problem with Rocco i thought it would be a perfect blog!

Nicks mum bought Honey a pink piano for her 2nd bday - Rocco loves this piano!! He plays on it every day! Its a great present and will last ages!!!

Schoenhut Piano Pals Dog 9258D you can buy from here www.dflop.co.uk for £83.99

Another fab idea is a Microscooter - The Mini Micro 3-in-1 is fab fro 2 year olds!!!

You can buy this from www.micro-scooters.co.uk for £74.95

This year for Rocco (as he already has the piano and the scooter) i have decided to get him a Teepee.

I have ordered a magical den from www.justfortinypeople.com - you get to choose your fabric design etc - they are amazing!!! prices from £135.  I wanted to get a larger one so Honey could fit too as i can imagine the arguments now!! And as Roccos birthday is the day before Honey's shes going to want to share!!!

If however you need something quicker or there is no room on the waiting list there is also this lovely one!!!!

From www.notonthehighstreet.com for £140

I don't think you can beat Little Tikes for garden toys if i'm honest!! They last such a long time and yes they fade etc from being in the garden but they are still fabulous after a steam clean haha!

This is £49.99 from www.toysrus.co.uk I love the NYC Cab one!!! Honey has the Pink one with a trailer which she still uses now except now its her delivery van for her shop!

Boys love train tracks!!! And this train track looks fabulous! www.gltc.co.uk

There are lots of deals on at moment! Such a good imagination game and something they will play with for years to come!

Rocco love's doing puzzles and i've just seen this fab one at www.johnlewis.com £15

I found this wonderful book last weekend (Lee don't look as its going in Tate's Bday package, or atleast act surprised when he opens it haha)

This book is a New York Times best seller and is wonderful!!! The pictures move and its just fabulous!!

Buy here at Amazon £10.87

I really like the idea of this present (im not a character fan but this is very good)

www.amazon.co.uk £12.99 an Inspiration Works Peppa Pig Little TV

Great for learning colours and numbers and more interactive!

Boys also love cars and garages and this Le Toy Van my first garage from www.alexandalexa.com £40  is my favourite!!! Le Toy van do some great pull back racing cars too!

Ok so my last idea is the wonderful Happyland!!

Rocco loves the little people and its something you can collect and easy if grandparents etc are stuck on what to buy!!

This pirate ship is fabulous!!! www.elc.co.uk £30 They also have a garage and a train track if you wanted to get all matching!

And if all else fails you can't beat a dressing up outfit!!! £20 www.disneystore.co.uk

Because lets face it we are going to be stuck watching Bat Man / Spider Man for years to come so whats the harm in starting early and getting a Captain America fix

I hope there are a couple of things you like besides the real Captain America haha!!

Happy Shopping

Kitchen and Shop Play Present Ideas

When i was a little girl i always wanted a play kitchen, my cousin used to have one in her bedroom with loads of play food and pots and pans and i just loved playing with it! So when i came time to buy my little girl a kitchen it was like a dream come true!

I'm a real lover of wooden toys. I don't have anything against plastic but if i can buy a wooden version i will, i just think it lasts a bit longer and feels nicer quality. That being said most of Sienna's kitchen and shop play bits and bobs are wooden and i'm a little obsessed with Le Toy Van Toys!

So if your thinking of buying some kitchen/shop play presents for you little one or anyone else heres some of my fave buys...

Hope they help!
